1) What prompted you to dedicate yourself to the world of bees?
The common characteristic of all wildflowers types is that it is a honey that originates from a mix of plants that the free-to-fly bees draw on to collect pollen and nectar where they prefer by combining the various blooms.
The quality and delicacy of this honey from Lajatico was already known as far back as 1800, in particular the Sulla honey, typical of the hilly areas that today are close to the Theater of Silence, a corner of land made famous by the tenor Andrea Bocelli, all over the world and which in May shines with the typical red of the flowering of this legume.
