Accustomed to flutter on the nots of Andrea Bocelli’s music, as close as their houses are to the Teatro del Silenzio, the ‘girls’ of Stefano and Elisabetta (Fabbri, in fact, family of beekeepers in the fourth generation) are small but very smart beings, capable even to recognize the beekeeper’s face if ever it were needed.

The worldwide trend towards the consumption of organic products, but above all the passion for this world with yellow-black stripes has meant that in 2015, The Fabbri Farm in Lajatico ha obtained the organic certification and has subsequently become an educational farm. The dissemination of the culture of honey and the production of superfine quality products, including pollen and the uncommon ‘sulla honey’, have become over the years the focus of the activity of this family-run company. 

Increasingly frequent requests for the use of honey for the creation of personalized favors, small objects that make the difference in remembering an event. Here then you can pack honey jars for weddings, cohabitations, anniversaries, birth and growth lists, baptisms and graduation parties as well as small 'present planet protectors': a name a program! And who more than Stefano and Elisabetta knows the value of this message, where bees are at the center of the universe (and fortunately they are still there to save us!).
